Brief Introduction of Emerging Economies Forum
新兴经济体论坛于2013年由中国新兴经济体研究会和广东新兴经济体研究会发起成立，致力于组织和协调关于新兴经济体经济重大理论和现实问题的研究和学术交流活动，为相关决策部门提供政策建议。组织者每年根据世界经济热点和新兴经济体合作与发展情况选取一个主题，举办国际性高端论坛。目前，已连续举办四届，在学术界、政策界、企业界已经具备较高的知名度和影响力，已经发展成为新兴经济体之间学术交流、思想碰撞和文化沟通的重要平台和思想智库。
Emerging Economies Forum was launched by China Society of Emerging Economies and Guangdong Emerging Economies Society in 2013. It is committed to the organization and coordination of important theoretical and practical problems research about Emerging Economies and academic exchange activities, providing policy suggestion for relevant decision-making departments. Each year, according to the world economic hotpot and cooperation and development of Emerging Economies, a forum theme would be selected for the host of international high-profile conference. At present, Emerging Economies Forum has held four consecutive terms. It has enjoyed higher reputation and has more and more greater influence in fields of academy, policy community, and the corporate world and it has developed into the important platform and think-tank for academic exchange, the ideas exchange and cultural exchange between Emerging Economies.

作为新兴经济体学术交流、思想碰撞和文化沟通的平台，新兴经济体论坛已连续举办四届，在国内外已经形成较高品牌影响力，论坛议题丰富，参与度广，包括来自全球研究机构、智库和高校的专家学者。2013年论坛的主题是“新兴经济体发展与广东对外经贸合作新机遇”。2014年的主题是“新兴经济体的长期增长前景与21世纪海上丝绸之路建设”。2015年的主题是“新兴经济体创新发展与中国自由贸易试验区建设”。2016年的主题是“新兴经济体发展：创新、活力、联动、包容”。
As a platform of emerging economies about academic exchanges, ideas, and cultural exchange, Emerging Economies Cooperation and Development Forum has successfully held four consecutive forums, and it has formed a high brand influence at home and abroad. It has various and wide-participated topics whose participators come from global research institutions, think tanks and university experts and scholars.
The theme of Emerging Economies Forum 2013 is New Opportunities of Emerging Economies Development and Guangdong Foreign Economic and Trade Cooperation.
The theme of Emerging Economies Forum 2014 is Long-term Growth Prospects of Emerging Economies & Building 21st-Century’Maritime Silk Road.
The theme of Emerging Economies Forum 2015 is Innovative Development of Emerging Economies and Construction of China Pilot Free Trade Zone.
The theme of Emerging Economies Forum 2016 is Development of Emerging Economies: Innovative, Invigorated, Interconnected and Inclusive.

编辑和出版新兴经济体评论（半年刊）、新兴经济体论坛论文集（年刊）和有关研究成果。通过编辑本会刊物及出版新兴经济体出版物，宣传新兴经济体的经贸发展、合作机会与投资政策。论坛举办以来共编《工作论文》41篇、《新兴经济体评论》2期、《新兴经济体论坛论文集》4部，《新兴经济体蓝皮书》6册。在项目申请方面，会长蔡春林 2013年获得国家社科基金年度项目《金砖国家共赢性发展互动机制研究》和教育部基地重大项目《金砖国家合作机制设计与运行模式研究》；副会长陈万灵主持教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目《国际金融危机后全球需求结构变化研究》；副会长何传添作为21世纪海上丝绸之路协同创新中心管委会主任，主持国家社科重大课题《构建陆海内外联动、东西双向开放的全面开放新格局研究》；副会长王廷惠主持国家社科重大课题《提高发展的平衡性、包容性和可持续性的动力机制研究》。
常务理事谭蓉娟成为广东省宣传思想文化领军人才。
We edit and publish Emerging Economies Review (semiannually) and Emerging Economies Forum Papers (annually), etc. By editing journals and publications on Emerging Economies, we promote economic development and cooperation opportunities of emerging economies and investment policy.
At present, Guangdong Emerging Economy Society has published a total of 41 working papers. In the aspect of project application, President Cai chunlin was awarded the National Social Science Fund Project the Brics Win-win Interactive Mechanism Development in 2013. In 2016，he won the bid for National Social Science Fund Project Research on Trade Competitive and Complementary Relationship of Relevant Countries of “One Belt And One Road”. Vice President He Chuantian, as director of Maritime Silk Road of 21st Century Collaborative Innovation Center, is the chief expert of National Social Science Major Public Relations Fund Project 2016 Research on Building Internal and External Linkage on Land with Sea and New Pattern of All-round Open from East to West. Vice-chairman Chen Wan-ling presided for the Ministry of Education over the Philosophy and Social Science Major Issue Research Project the Study of Global Demand of Structural Changes after the International FinancialCrisis.
Tan Rongjuan ,the Standing Director , become one of talents for ideological and cultural propaganda of Guangdong province.

习近平总书记提出：“要加强中国特色新型智库建设，建立健全决策咨询制度。”广东省新经济体研究会作为中国特色新型智库，汇集了国内外新兴经济体及金砖国家政府官员、使领馆外交使节、该研究领域知名专家、学者及业界代表等。专题研究新兴经济体的贸易以及与贸易有关的投资、知识产权与环境保护， 新兴经济体经济政策和发展模式， 新兴经济体与发达经济体博弈与互动等专题，为各级政府及外经贸企业决策提供支持和建议，并将之转化成可操作的政府或企业决策。自2013年以来共编写新兴经济体论坛智库专报23期，建立了智库专家库，多项建议和意见被广东省、市等各级政府和外经贸企业采纳。
President Xi Jinping puts forward: " We should strengthen the construction of new think-tank with Chinese characteristics, establish and improve the decision-making and consult system." Guangdong Emerging Economies Society is a new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics and brings together the domestic, international and BRICS government officials, consuls, famous experts of economics study and industry representatives about Emerging Economies , etc.
With research focused on emerging economies trade and investment, intellectual property rights related to trade and environmental protection, economic policy and the development pattern, emerging economies emerging economies and developed economies gaming and interaction, etc. We provide reports and advices to all levels of government and foreign trade and economic cooperation enterprise decision-making process, and come out with a workable government or business decisions. Since establishment, we published 23 consultancy reports on Emerging Economies and established an expert database for think-tank, with a number of suggestions and comments adopted by provincial and city level of governments in Guangdong and some foreign trade enterprises.

开展大型工贸企业交流与互动活动，为地区、行业、企业提供咨询、信息和研究成果等服务，协助广东省重点产业和各类企业与新兴经济体开展多种形式的经贸合作。可提供的服务项目：专题研究与咨询服务；外出考察；举办论坛及展览：举办培训班；承接政府职能转移：承担行业、企业委托项目。通过举办各种论坛和展览会，帮助广东省企业在新兴经济体选择经贸合作机会，获取投资政策和分享发展经验；通过走出去和请进来两种方式加强对外联系，促进广东省工贸企业与新兴经济体的联系与经贸技术合作。
Carrying out large-scale industrial and trade enterprise communication and interact, serving for the region, industry, enterprise by providing consulting, information and research services, and assisting in key industries and enterprises in Guangdong province to establish various forms of economic cooperation and trade with emerging economies;

Forums and exhibitions organization: by holding all kinds of forums and exhibitions to help enterprises of Guangdong province catch economic and trade cooperation opportunity in emerging economies, investment policy and share development experience; Through "going out and coming in" two ways to strengthen the external contact, promote the industry and trade enterprises in Guangdong province with emerging economies and economic and technical cooperation.
Serving as platform of academic exchanges, ideas and cultural communication for emerging economies, this forum has successfully held three consecutive terms, with more and more higher brand influence at home and abroad.

2013-2016新兴经济体论坛由中国新兴经济体研究会、中国国际文化交流中心和广东工业大学主办，博鳌亚洲论坛研究院、广东省海上丝绸之路商会提供战略支持，由广东省新兴经济体研究会、广东工业大学经济与贸易学院、广东财经大学国民经济研究中心、广东外语外贸大学国际经济贸易研究中心、中山大学国际问题研究院、暨南大学国际关系学院、21世纪海上丝绸之路协同创新中心和浙江工商大学新兴经济研究中心承办，先后获得广东中星控股集团投资有限公司、广东省丝绸纺织集团有限公司、广东盛林融资担保有限公司、广州市和丰实业投资有限公司等单位资助。
