中国国际文化交流中心成立于1984年，是从事民间国际文化交流的全国性社会团体，具有开展涉外文化活动的对外邀请权和出访组团权。中共中央政治局委员、第十二届全国人大常委会副委员长李建国任第五届理事会理事长。
China International Culture Exchange Center
China International Culture Exchange Center (CICEC) was established in 1984. It is a national organization engaged in international cultural exchanges, which is authorized to invite foreign friends to China and send Chinese delegations abroad. The Chairman of the Fifth Council is Li Jianguo, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People’s Congress.
